Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 23, 2025

Huddle Pulse ("we", "us", or "our") provides an anonymous check-in and feedback tool for youth sports teams. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Anonymous feedback responses: The answers submitted through check-ins. We ask users not to include names or other identifying details.
  • Organizer account information: If you create an organizer/coach account, we may collect basic account details such as email address and authentication identifiers.
  • Usage and device data: Basic telemetry such as IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Duplicate-prevention signals: We may store a hashed device fingerprint to reduce duplicate submissions. We use a server-side salt when hashing.

How we use information

  • To operate the service and deliver check-ins and aggregated results.
  • To protect anonymity by enforcing minimum-response thresholds before showing results.
  • To prevent abuse and reduce duplicate or spam submissions.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the product.

Anonymity and minimum thresholds

We are designed to protect respondent anonymity. Results are intended to be shared in aggregate only after a minimum response threshold is met. No system can guarantee anonymity if a respondent includes identifying details in their own responses.

Where data is stored and processed

We use third-party providers to host and deliver the service. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

  • Supabase: Database and authentication.
  • Cloudflare: Hosting, content delivery, and security.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymous responses may be retained to support trend analysis over time.

Your choices

  • Respondents: Do not include names or identifying details in your responses.
  • Organizers: You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

Our service may be used in youth sports contexts. Organizers are responsible for obtaining any required consents for their team context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is provided in anonymous responses.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
